Thank you fot this review Baker. Yes having a mom and dad, two dads, two moms or just one mom or one dad is indeed a simple matter-of-facts. and that is the same for the collor of your skin, form of your eyes, if you have a lot or no hair… It are all fact and so no explication is needed. I searched to bring this in to the book without being preaching. Yes I hope my picture(photo)book stands on her own. But than you noticed this layer below, and that makes me feeling good . I love your idea of black swans, all part of the universe, and the numbers of black swans are maybe so much bigger then we ever thought. They only have to be visualied .

I work the front desk in an apartment building where families who have have been homeless work with staff and other agencies to break the cycle of homelessness. They work with 2-4 years olds to get ready for school and to engage with others their age. There is an after school program where the college comes and helps the kids with homework and other fun educational activities. Every once in a while they have family outings for example to the nature center or ice skating,

I am also involved in a book group where we all come from different backgrounds and live in different areas of Duluth. We choose to meet at different places to give support to the local businesses.
